When a client books an instructor from Mountain Masters, a credit card number will be taken by the office staff to secure the booking. No payment will be taken at this stage.
All lessons must be paid for in full at the beginning of the week. Any changes or cancellations with less than one month’s notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee, unless Mountain Masters can resell the cancelled lesson. The card given to secure the booking will be used to pay for these lessons unless the client provides another form of payment.
No refund will be given to clients who fail to attend their lessons.
We cannot be held responsible for conditions out of our control such as bad weather or piste/lift closure. Refunds will not be given in the case of accidents, illness or cancellation.
We will, however, be happy to write a letter to your insurance company for any of the afore-mentioned cases or if the lesson is cancelled due to injury.
With regard to the number of people attending the lesson, the price will be based upon the maximum total number of people skiing with the instructor at any one time during the session.
When more than 6 people are in a group the price shall be based on a pro rata rate of the cost of a lesson for 4-6 people.
Childrens groups will run once there are 4 children booked into the group. If there are less than 4 children in the group then the private lesson rate shall be used, divided by the number in the group.
Please note that on the rare occasion that a child is at the wrong level, the instructor may switch the child into a more suitable group.
In these instances a maximum of 7 children could attend the same group level.
Adult Groups will run once there are three people booked in the group. If three people are not booked on your course, 1 week before it is due to start, you will be given the option of converting the sessions into private lessons at the standard Mountain Masters' prices.
OFF PISTE Group runs as soon as 1 person is signed in. Price of the morning depends on the number of person signed in. (See Rates)
Although every effort will be made by the office to keep clients well-informed, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure they know the meeting point and time of the lesson and to make themselves known to the instructor.
